The hose fell off after not even 10 min and does not go in. The packaging was damaged and when I wanted to complain it was simply rejected. Really scrap!!

The performance is good, but it is good for long-haired animals, but short-haired animals can feel a little pain I think that. The important point one cleaner switch lock device is really valid.

had to modify the end pipe that connects to vacuum bit that could have been my vacuums fault. does work well though and I used it on my long hair cat who sat comfortably while I combed her. works as described
